>I know how hot it is outside, but I can never seem to get warm. This past few weeks I always get cold, my body seems like it never warms up. I can’t explain why I am like this, but it might be because I am from a warm country. My husband just turned up the air con because I am always complaining that I am cold. This is the reason sometimes why we argue about the temperature. He said that I need more fat on my body in order for me to stay warmer. Every time I sit down here on my computer my hands and my feet gets sweaty and cold.

>Have u check with your doctor? Actually, it is bad weather everywhere now. I think the month of July is not that good for health for everyone. My husband also complains that he never felt this sick in a year. Maybe, you can try to have some coffee. High caffeine can warm up our body.
