A puto cheese is a classic Filipino dish which is very easy to prepare according to my sis lols! and delicious too. This is one of my favorite snack. My mom will always cook it whenever she can’t think of anything to prepare for our snack. Too bad I don’t know how to cook this and I can’t find it here in the US, but last week my sister was asking my mom’s recipe for the puto chese because she was going to make it and bring it to the library for the kids snacks. I was so happy when she told me that she was able to make more than a dozen and she’s going to give me some so that I can taste it. So here’s the picture I took some of the puto cheese that was left. It was so yummy it tasted just like my mom fixed it. Bravo sis you did it, I hope you will be able to do some more of these and don’t forget to give me some lols.
