Last Friday I was craving for some Filipino letchon manok, so I decided to go to the Asian market and buy a whole chicken. So that I can make my own way of cooking letchon manok. Since we have grill I decided to marinate the chicken for two hours before grilling it and I also put some lemon grass and a lot of scallions inside the chicken then pepper and salt. When the chicken was done I never thought that it would taste really good. So here I’m sharing a picture of my home made letchon manok. Enjoy!
