My Ever Favorite Fruit! Yellow Mango!

I love it when it’s summer because my favorite tropical fruit, the sweet yellow mangoes, will be in abundance at the Asian store. To me the they are the sweetest and best tasting mangoes ever! Ummm, Yummy! Last Friday mom and I were able to drop by at the newly opened Filipino store. When I saw boxes of these yellow mangoes I really did not hesitate to grab a box, which cost me $21. I didn’t mind paying that amount since I haven’t been able to taste this mangoes for a while and I also got some green ones, so paying $21 is worth it.
I remember when I was young me and my siblings use to climbed at the huge mango trees at the backyard of my grandparents. We didn’t have to starve with this delicious sweet yellow mango, but now that I’m here in the US has to spend dollars just to be able to have my favorite fruit:) Amazing!

It’s taken me a while to get used to mangoes, but now I find them quite tasty!
